Prof. Dr. Doan Quang Vinh was present at the school gate very early to welcome the first students back to the school after quite a long time. The school's dedicated attention and thoughtful preparation made the students feel more secure when going back to school in person. You all share the same excitement when going to school to meet teachers and friends.

To carry out teaching and learning activities at the University, the University stipulates that all lecturers and students must ensure that they have received 2 doses of the vaccine or have been cured of Covid-19 within 6 months. When going to school, make sure to strictly follow the 5K message and it is mandatory to scan the QR-Code to declare the medical shirt when coming to practice, experiment, and practice at the University.

It is known that the school has always been proactive in developing different scenarios/plans depending on the level of the epidemic in Hoa Khanh Bac ward to ensure the study plan of students. Right on December 26, 2021, when Hoa Khanh Bac ward changed the epidemic level from the red zone to the orange zone, the school immediately held a meeting to review the preparation to welcome students back to school and 04 delegations. examined by the President of the School Council-Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Lam; Principal of the University - Assoc.Prof.Dr. Doan Quang Vinh and two Vice Rectors - Assoc. DR. Nguyen Hong Hai and Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Huu Hieu together with the leaders of functional units went to check the preparation work at the practical and experimental rooms (workshops) of the University to ensure the best and safe conditions for the students when filming back to school.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Quang Vinh - Rector of the University shared, to prepare to welcome students back to school, the University has deployed QR-Code scanning points, equipped with disinfectant bottles and bulletin boards at the schools. In addition, the University has established a Community Covid Team to closely monitor the implementation of 5K as well as the medical declaration of staff and students throughout the University. At the same time, the University has actively developed scenarios to actively respond to situations that may occur when there are cases of F0, F1 during the organization of practical activities and direct experiments.

In the event that students cannot attend the school for objective reasons, the University also has a plan for students to postpone or register for additional classes at a suitable time. – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doan Quang Vinh added.

With the spirit of urgency and determination, all the preparations to welcome the students back to school for the experiment were carefully done, ensuring the safety of the students and lecturers to successfully complete the teaching and learning plan of the 1st school year 2021-2022.
