On September 13, 2019 at room C304 of University of Science and Technology - the University of Danang, Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology (FAST) cooperated with Technology Center of Viettel Hi-Tech Industries corporation organized a seminar on 5G network technology and recruited for Capstone Project (CP) for students of FAST . The event has attracted a large number of FAST faculty students to participate; this is one of the activities regularly organized by FAST in collaboration with Enterprises, in order to help students approach the professional working environment of the leading units in Vietnam in the field of high technology.

The students were introduced to the history of formation and development, the main fields of activities of Viettel Hi-Tech Industries Corporation, some issues related to the working environment, the personnel situation of the unit in the past year, orientation of the company's medium and long-term development strategy. Especially, there are sincere sharing and messages of former students of the Vietnam-American Advanced Program: Mr. Nguyen Van Trong - former student of class 08ECE; Mr. Pham Ngoc Hai- former student of class 12ECE, Mr. Huynh Viet Thong- former student of class 13ECE; Mr. Pham Xuan Tra - former student of class 13ECE, Mr. Phan Tat Quyet - former student of class 14ES are currently highly appreciated and capable engineers at the Technical and Technology Center - Viettel Hi-Tech Industries corporation.

Through the seminar, the students learned about the job positions that the Technical Technology Center - Viettel Hi-Tech Industries corporation will recruit such as: 5G core development (C/C++ programming; Optimization algorithms, Networks); Hardware development (Antenna, Hardware design); Development of PHY Layer (Digital Signal Processing, Radio Access, Optimization Algorithms, Matlab/C, C++, FPGA); Developing 5G Service (Smart connect, IoT).

The seminar and recruitment for Capstone Project took place in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
