7. SPACE AND UTILITY PROVIDING SERVICE

Space and facilities: Learning Resources & Communication Center, University of Science and Technology is located on the campus of the University with an area of 4,500 m2, including 04 functional floors with a capacity of 1,000 seats; with a system of group study rooms, specialized rooms, conference rooms...

- Floor 1: includes reference and lookup collections; curriculum; textbook borrowing room; Information desk; computer area and self-study space…

- 2nd floor: monograph collection; Information desk; computer area and self-study space; Group classrooms, special rooms…

- 3rd floor: archives of documents; conference rooms, event spaces and functional areas;

- 4th floor: self-study space, event organization and creative exchange activities...

User manual:

- The service subjects of the Center are entitled to use equipment, computers, group study rooms, and conference rooms at the Center to serve learning and research;

- When there is a using need, the user (the user card is still valid for use) must register first to be sorted in order of priority first, after;

- The user must comply with the instructions for use of the officer in charge; be responsible for fully preserving and handing over the vehicles that have been assigned to use;

- Based on the number of vacant rooms and registration information of units and individuals; The center will schedule room use and notify the registered units and individuals after 02 working days:

- For units, lecturers and researchers of the university:

+ Fill in the registration form

+ Send the form to Learning Resources & Communication Center at the Information Counter on the 1st Floor (Print) or email: tthl-tt@dut.udn.vn (Signed PDF)

+ Confirm the room use schedule according to the notice of the Center

- For Information Users of Learning Resources & Communication Center:

+ Fill in the registration form certified by the instructor in charge

+ Send the Registration Form and Group List to Learning Resources & Communication Center at the Information Counter on the 1st Floor (Print) or email: tthl-tt@dut.udn.vn (Signed PDF)

+ Confirm the room use schedule according to the notice of the Center
