In charge of the following areas of work:

- In charge of the general work of the Department of Academic Affairs and be responsible to the Rector for the tasks under the duties of the Department of Academic Affairs

- Elite training program; foreign language teaching and business cooperation courses;

- Management of printing/granting diplomas and certificates; compiling/selecting textbooks;

In charge of the following areas of work:

- Testing & Quality Assurance (coordinating with the Department of Testing & Quality Assurance); cooperation in university training; organize the admission of students and graduate students; organize the opening and closing ceremonies;

- Postgraduate training management.

- Managing Lao students, recruiting students (coordinating with the Department of Student Affairs);

- Editing enrollment/training documents; advising education enrollment;

In charge of the following areas of work:

- Organizing lectures/making timetables/registering for classes / scheduling exams;

- Education management: Consider stopping, dropping out, transferring schools; Prepare academic discipline records, receive graduation projects, recognize graduation;

- Management of enrollment data; university training database, website of staff operations, website of student information system, student email;

- Disseminate university training regulations/regulations; Organize training on the use of student information system website and Email for new students.
