On the afternoon of February 13, 2022, the Student Scientific Research Conference (FAST Tech Show 2021-2022) of the Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology (FAST) - University of Science and Technology - University of Danang was organized to encourage creativity and passion for scientific research in students. The conference was held in an online form to ensure safety against Covid19.

In the opening speech of the Conference, Dr. Nguyen Le Hoa - Dean of FAST said: Scientific research right at university is an official approach for students to quickly improve and develop themselves in the long journey of future career activities. Scientific research is the best way to self-study and helps students learn to be proactive in studying and working, forming learning methods, innovating ways of thinking, ways of detecting problems, solving problems, present the problem in the most logical and reasonable way. 

This year's conference has 10 scientific reports from 21 students. The reports all show the enthusiastic, highly practical investment as well as the increasing quality of scientific research topics over the years. The organizers invited Mr. Tran Quoc Viet- JWC LAB Company, Mr. Nguyen Huynh Nhat Thuong- TAPIT Technology Co., Ltd to join the contest jury. The cooperation with the Enterprise to co-guide science research students and mark exams in the conference of science and technology students has been valued and implemented annually by the leaders of FAST.

After a period of serious and effective work, the Jury selected and awarded the following teams:

The first prize belongs to the topic "Research and development of chatbot consulting students of FAST faculty" by student Tran Van Long - class 19ECE.

The second prize belongs to the topic "Evaluation of fish freshness using self-build database" by student group Tran Thi Nguyet Ha, Hoang Kim Uyen, Ho Xuan Dat, Nguyen Thi Phuong Dieu- class 19ECE.

The third prize belongs to the topic "Development of A Smartphone Based Optical Imaging Application" by a group of students Nguyen Thanh Thien, Nguyen Thanh Minh, Le Van Nhat Quang - class 15ECE1 and 15ES.

The Innovation Prize belongs to the topic "The warning system of illegal forest exploitation" of the group of students Truong Thi My Duyen, Nguyen Phan Thanh Trung, Huynh Van Thanh - class 19PFIEV2 and 19PFIEV3.

The Best Presentation prize belongs to the topic "Converting the number of Nanocovax vaccine factories" by a group of students Huynh Thi Phuong Hien, Phan Thi Thu Hien, Nguyen Cao Van Trung, Vu Quoc Trung - class 17PFIEV2.

FAST Tech Show 2021-2022 took place successfully in an exciting and exciting atmosphere. Hopefully, the Conference has helped students equip themselves with the necessary knowledge and skills in creative science and technology activities. At the same time, create an academic environment through which to promote their passion and nurture their creativity.
