Institute of the University of Danang

Established faculties:

- Faculty of Mechanical Engineering

- Faculty of Electrical Engineering

- Faculty of Economics

1976

Da Nang University of Science and Technology was established on the basis of Institute of the University of Danang

Established Faculty of Construction (No logo)

1978

Established Faculty of Chemistry

1985

Faculty of Economics separated from the school to become the Branch of Danang University of Economics

1987

Established Faculty of Energy (No logo)

1988

The branch of Danang University of Economics was merged into Danang University of Science and Technology, including:

- Faculty of Economic Planning-Statistics-Accounting-Finance (In 1993, renamed Faculty of Business Economics) (No logo)

- Faculty of Industry-Agricultural-Commercial Economics (In 1993,renamed Faculty of Business Administration) (No logo)

1994

Danang University of Science and Technology changed its name to University of Technology - University of Danang; Faculty of Business Economics and Faculty of Business Administration separated from the School to become University of Economics and Business Administration - University of Danang.

1996

Establish:

- Faculty of Information Technology;

- Faculty of Heat-Refrigeration Engineering (separated from Faculty of Energy; now Faculty of Heat and Refrigeration Technology)

Faculty of Construction is divided into:

- Faculty of Civil and Industrial Construction

- Faculty of Road and Bridge Construction

- Faculty of Irrigation-Hydraulic Construction (now the Faculty of Hydraulic Engineering)

1998

Established Faculty of Technical Pedagogy

2001

The Second Class Labor Medal

2004

University of Technology – University of Danang changed its name to University of Science and Technology – University of Danang

Established the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications

2005

First Class Labor Medal

Established Faculty of Traffic Mechanics

2007

Establish:

- Faculty of Project Management

- Faculty of Environment

2011

Third Class Labor Medal.

2012

Established Faculty of Architecture

2018

Established Faculty of Advanced Science and Technology
Faculty of Technical Pedagogy merged into Faculty of Traffic Mechanics.
