In order to deploy the contents of the Students Scientific Research Conference and the Technology Exhibition of BKDN Techshow 2022 at University of Science and Technology - UD on March 5 and 6, 2022 effective and correct progress, the University would to inform following contents:

1. Funds to support the organizers of the Faculty-level Student Science Research Conference and the Sub-Committee meeting are approved and the number of awards in each Sub-Committee is based on the number of implemented topics as in the attached list. The units are requested to send contact to the Department of Finance and Planning to receive and complete relevant documents in accordance with financial regulations;
2. Units should complete and submit scientific articles of scientific research topics in accordance with the prescribed form before 4:00 p.m. on February 21, 2022 to ensure the time for editing, printing the yearbook and applying for the ISBN;
3. Units that compile a list of finished science and technology products with good quality and appearance to participate in BKDN Techshow 2022 before February 21, 2022;
4. Units should summarize events such as minigames, etc. together with the budget estimates of the event and send it to the Department of Science, Technology and International Corporation before February 21, 2022;
5. The units should design the decorative backdrop for their exhibition booth with a size of 2.5x3 m, the foot should be for decoration and send the design in soft file to the Department of Science, Technology and International Cooperation before February 25, 2022.
